Vegan Banana Bread that’s perfect for any time of the day.⠀

Ingredients⠀
2-3 Mashed Ripe Banana ⠀
2 cups All-Purpose Flour⠀
1/2 cup White Granulated Sugar⠀
1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar⠀
3 tsp Baking Powder⠀
1/4 tsp Salt⠀
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon⠀
1/2 cup Soy Milk ⠀
1/4 cup Coconut Oil⠀
1 cup chopped Walnuts or Almonds⠀

Method⠀
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prep a loaf pan with oil. Set aside. ⠀
Sift all purpose flour into a mixing bowl and add the remaining dry ingredients to mix.⠀
If you prefer a smooth batter blend your wet ingredient + bananas, alternatively add your wet ingredients to your dry and fold in.⠀
Transfer the batter into your loaf pan and place into the oven to bake, for around 60 minutes* or until your fork/skewer inserted comes out clean. ⠀
Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring onto a cooling rack and serving.⠀
