PACKAGING: Please note that due to our salt blends having liquid in them, we have packaged these in clear plastic pouches which are recyclable under the REDCycle program, available at your local participating supermarket.

NOTE: Please research essential oils prior to purchase, especially if pregnant. Some essential oils should be avoided during pregnancy or while nursing.

Shipping Policy

HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING COSTS?

Standard postage on all parcels is $9.95.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours unless there are extraordinary circumstances where this time may be slightly longer or where this falls on a public holiday. Depending on the delivery destination, delivery via Australia Post will take between 2-5 business days within Australia. Please note that these are delivery estimates provided by Australia Post.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made for receipt of defective products. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging; no refunds can be made for products that have been used or if you have changed your mind.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If for some reason you have received a product that is deemed to be defective, you may request to return new and unused items within 14 days from the date of receipt.

If you receive a defective product, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days via email and include your order number, reason for return and any images to support the reason for return.

Do not ship or return goods back to us prior to receiving an approved return conformation sent by a member of our team.

Once approved, you will have a further 7 days from the date of approval to return the goods. We will reimburse you for the purchase costs including the return postage or replace the faulty product.
