INSPIRATION

The Goulbourn was inspired by Victoria’s longest river, which binds the “Heart of Victoria” together. Aside from this majestic lake, the area is known for beautiful rolling hills, lush forests and rural plains.

Shipping Policy

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer FREE standard shipping for both international and domestic orders. For express shipping, please email us to request with an additional cost. We generally use Australian Post as our courier, unless it is advised otherwise.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer worldwide standard shipping for all our sunglasses. All duties and charges will be advised via email before the shipment. These are calculated specifically for the country of destination. Please note that the import tax may change upon the arrival of goods in your country, Mari & Clay is not liable for such unforeseen, or sometimes excess, charges.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP AND ARRIVE ONCE PLACED?

Please allow 1-3 days handling time for your item once your order has been placed.
 
Australia: 3-5 business days
International: 5+ business days
 
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we expect a wide-spread delay for all deliveries. We will endeavour to update you regularly should there be any issues with the shipment. We thank you for your patience. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a tracking number. There you’ll find your shipping method along with the tracking number(s) associated with that order.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund in full or exchange any item. Please email us at info@mariandclay.com.au to request for a return or exchange. Before returning the sunglasses back to us, please make sure that the following terms are respected:
  • The frames are unworn and in an original, undamaged condition
  • Sunglasses and all the original accessories are sent back
  • Your return is accompanied by a valid invoice number
  • Only items purchased from Mari & Clay Pty Ltd can be returned

Domestic (AUS) Orders:
Please email info@mariandclay.com.au to obtain a free return label. A free return label is provided at our discretion and this is limited to one free return, per customer, per year.

International Orders:
Unfortunately, we do not offer return postage for all international orders*. Please send orders back to us, using a reputable, safe/traceable International service and notify us with the tracking details.

*Please note: All returned products remain the responsibility of the sender until received by Mari & Clay Pty Ltd.
**Please be advised that all sales items are not refundable.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE REFUND AND EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED? 

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Please be advised that this may take up to 10 working days to show on your account, depending on the payment providers.

Tariff and sales tax are non-refundable through Mari & Clay. Nevertheless, you may be able to claim those charges back by contacting the relevant department at your location.

LATE RETURN

Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion of Mari & Clay.
