When you enable yourself to let go of things that a simply catching dust, you will suddenly find things become so much easier to find… no more “disappearing items”.
By reducing your possessions and valuing the items you have this means you will stop finding the need to shop of materialist items. Now we have all fell victim to this and I can assure you shopping becomes a whole lot more exciting when you need to buy that sustainable product.

- Give one item away each day – That is 365 items a year!
- The Four-Box Method. Get four boxes and label them: trash, give away, keep, or re-locate. Choose a room and start sorting!
DARE TO WEAR OUT YOUR BEST CLOTHES OR ALTER THEM AND DONATE THE REST.
You bought it for a reason, so why not wear the Sh*!t out of it. If you are someone who loves to follow fashions and trends, this becomes very difficult but this is where swapping, altering and op-shopping come into play.
